As you would’ve guessed by now thanks to the uber-low price tag, the device is really a very entry level tablet, aimed probably at those who’re looking to have some fun on a large screen without requiring a lot of processing grunt. The Funbook P280 comes with a 7 inch touchscreen, housing a WVGA resolution of 800 x 480 pixels which is quite out-dated. Micromax’s official website listing for the Funbook P280 lists a single core 1GHz processor in the tech specs, while the Snapdeal listing suggests it has a dual core 1GHz processor. For now, we would like to believe that there’s a single core unit unless its updated on the official website. Full specifications, apart from the 7 inch screen and processor include – 512MB RAM, 0.3MP front-facer and 4GB on-board ROM expandable up to 32GB via microSD. On the connectivity front, the tablet is powered by WiFi, USB and Bluetooth. A 2400mAh battery unit is found supplying juice to the lightweight internals.
