ASUS FonePad 7 comes with a IPS LCD backlit 7 inch 1280 x 800 (WXGA) HD display. This amounts to a pixel density of 215 ppi which is above average for a 7 inch Tablet. The Android version is Android 4.2 Jelly bean. This Tablet will be powered by 1.6GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 processor. Last version of FonePad featured the 1.2GHz Intel Lexington processor, thus the processing power has been upgraded. The RAM capacity is 1 GB and this tablet will be available in 8GB/16 GB/ 32 GB Storage variants. MicroSD support is also present for further expanding internal storage memory. Primary camera is of 5 MP, which has also been upgraded from the 3MP in the older version. This camera is capable of Full HD 1080p Video recording. Most people are not very comfortable clicking pics with their tablets and thus camera specifications are not of great concern.
