Under the hod, they both are powered by an Octa-Core Kirin 810 7nm processor with ARM Mali-G52 MP6 GPU. The 9X packs 4GB or 6GB RAM with 64GB or 128GB storage. The 9X Pro packs 8GB RAM with 128GB or 256GB storage. The storage is expandable up to 512GB. Both the smartphones run on Android 9 Pie with EMUI 9.1.1 on top. Connectivity options include Dual SIM, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0 LE, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. They both pack a 4000mAh battery.

The HONOR 9X price starts at 1399 yuan (Rs. 14,0175) for the 4GB/64GB version and goes up to 1899 yuan (Rs. 19,025 approx.) for the top-end 6GB/128GB version. It comes in Midnight Black, Blue, and Red Colors and will be available in China from July 30. The HONOR 9X Pro price starts at 2199 yuan (Rs. 22,035 approx.) for the 8GB/128GB version and goes up to 2399 yuan (Rs. 24,040 approx.) for the top-end 8GB/256GB version. It comes in Midnight Black, Phantom Blue Colors and will be available from August 9 in China.
