Steps to Register a Complaint for Aadhaar on UIDAI Portal
If you are facing any Aadhaar issues, related to PVC card, Authentication, Enrolment, portal or application, or even update-related issues. Then you can follow these easy steps to file an Aadhaar complaint using the UIDAI portal.
Visit the UIDAI portal on your computer’s web browser, and choose your preferred language.
Navigate to the File a Compliant option from the Contact & Support menu in the top navigation bar.
On the next page, fill in your details like Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, state, etc.
Scroll down a little, and mention whether you are filing a self complaint, or for someone else.
Now, you need to pick your complaint type. As in our case it is related to Aadhaar Update, so we have chosen the Update Related option.
Next, you need to specify the category of your complaint, from the drop-down menu.
Attach any supporting documents in JPG, PNG, or PDF format.
Give a brief description of your complaint.
Finally, fill in the captcha, and click on Next to submit your complaint. Keep a note of the SRN of the complaint filed, it will also be sent on the mobile number entered.
Steps to Track your Complaint Status on the UIDAI portal

Visit the UIDAI portal on your computer’s web browser, and choose your preferred language.
Navigate to the Check Compliant Status option from the Contact & Support menu in the top navigation bar.
On the next page, enter the SRN number issued and fill in the captcha.
Now, you can see the status of your complaint.
