IRCTC has developed this App in partnership with Microsoft and will help you book tickets, cancel the booked tickets, make PNR enquiries, check booking and cancelation history and view travel routes. You can also pin a ticket to your home screen and use it to check various details later at a glance.Basically you won’t feel the need to login the IRCTC Website any more if you have this App installed on your Windows phone or Pc. To use this App Download this App by clicking the link, you will have to register into this App and this app will remember your details and after you log in you won’t have to go through the hazel of filling your details each time you book a ticket. Announcing the availability of the app, Mr. Rakesh Tandon, CMD, IRCTC said, “We feel the app is ideal for the modern consumer who is always on the move. Windows is the most trusted and widely used platform and offers the requisite security required while handling vast amounts of personal and financial user data.”
This App has been launched for Windows platform as of now and you won’t be able to book tickets from 8 AM to 12 noon and from 11 : 30 PM to 12:00 AM.
