The pixel density is 217 pixels per inches which implies that your texts will be soft but you won’t notice pixelation on the 4.5 inch display. Software used is Android 4.2 jelly bean, which seems dated now. Lenovo and other manufacturers should now provide Android Kitkat on budget hardware because its optimized to perform well on less hardware resources.
