American telecom carrier AT&T recently revealed that it will not launch the LG G7 ThinQ and instead launch a different device, which is expected to be the LG V35 ThinQ. The press renders of the device have now surfaced online, revealing the design of the device.
LG V35 ThinQ Specifications
The LG V35 ThinQ is IP68 certified for water and dust resistance and it has been MIL-STD 810G certified. The device will be available in Black and Grey color options The LG V35 ThinQ will run on Android 8.0 Oreo with LG UX skinned on top. The device will feature a 6-inch QHD+ OLED display with a resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixels and come with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
In terms of performance, the device will be powered by an octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with Adreno 630 GPU. The device will come with 6GB RAM and offer 128GB and 256GB internal storage options. The internal storage will be further expandable via a microSD card. Coming to the optics, the LG V35 ThinQ will sport a 16MP primary camera f/1.6 aperture, 71-degree wide angle lens and a secondary 16MP camera with f/1.9 aperture. On the front, the device will sport an 8MP selfie camera with f/1.9 aperture. The device comes with a fingerprint sensor placed below the primary camera. The LG V35 ThinQ will be powered by a 3,300mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 and wireless charging support. Connectivity options on the device will include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB Type-C and NFC.
