The Finnish company had launched the Nokia 7 back in October in China and the phone has not been launched in other markets yet. Now, it seems HMD Global is planning to launch an upgraded version of the mid-range Nokia 7 at the global level. In the Geekbench listing, the model name mentions Nokia 7 Plus. The device has scored a score of 1636 for single-core and 5902 for multi-cores at Geekbench.

Going into the details of the Geekbench listing, the Nokia 7 Plus will be powered by the Snapdragon 660 chipset, an upgrade over the Nokia 7 which comes with Snapdragon 630 chipset. It will further be coupled to 4GB of RAM. However, there might be a 6GB RAM variant as well, since the Nokia 7 is available in a 6GB RAM variant.
The listing further reveals that the phone will run on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. Talking about the display of Nokia 7 Plus, it may sport an 18:9 display on the front with the same design as the Nokia 7. We may also see the same cameras too as Nokia 7. Recently, a camera APK teardown revealed the names of upcoming Nokia smartphones in 2018. The smartphones are Nokia 1, Nokia 7 Plus, Nokia 4, and the flagship Nokia 9. HMD Global has already confirmed its presence at the MWC 2018 event, so, we can expect the launch of the flagship Nokia 9, entry-level Nokia 1 and the Nokia 7 Plus at the event. The Nokia 7 was launched in China starting at a price of 2499 CNY, which translates roughly to Rs. 25,200.
