Some Design Changes
As various news and leaks have suggested, we can expect some changes in design in the upcoming OnePlus 8T. The renders of the smartphone surfaced online that show significant changes on both front and back sides.
The OnePlus 8T 5G may come with a 2.5D flexible panel with a small punch-hole on the front and a rectangular camera setup on the 3D glass back.
120Hz Display
Just like other flagships from the company, OnePlus 8T will also sport a terrific display as well. Some leaks suggest that it will be a large 6.55-inch fluid AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution. Also, the 2.5D flexible display will comes with HDR10+ support.
Moreover, the display will come with a refresh rate of 120Hz and sampling rate of up to 240Hz thereby, allowing users to enjoy a remarkable fluidity.
Top Notch Specs
As per the rumours, the phone will be powered by the most powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ processor. It will also be packed with lots of RAM and storage that too the latest type. Also, the OnePlus 8T 5G no doubt will come with 5G support. On the software front, it will be running the latest version of OxygenOS on top of Android 11. So this could be the first phone to launch with Android 11 out of the box in India.
As for the cameras, the rumor suggests the OnePlus 8T will sport a quad-camera setup juts like its predecessor. It may include a 48MP primary sensor, 16MP ultra-wide camera, a 5MP macro-camera, and a 2MP depth-sensor. There could be a similar 16MP selfie camera.
65W Warp Charge
The OnePlus 8T 5G will also take the company’s fast charging tech to another level. With this, OnePlus will introduce Warp Charge with a 65 W power adaptor. The new powerful adapter with twin battery configuration will be 2x faster than the Warp Charge 30T.
As per the teasers, the new Warp charge will be able to charge the phone completely in just 39 minutes and it can also offer up to 58 per cent charge in only 15 minutes.
