Panasonic has introduced a whole series of budget and mid-range smartphones under the Eluga banner. The Eluga A3 and A3 Pro are the latest additions to the Eluga series. Here are the complete specifications of both smartphones.
Panasonic Eluga A3 Specifications
The Panasonic Eluga A3 comes in a metal design with 9.1mm thickness. The phone features a 5.2-inch HD display with 1280x720p resolution. Coming to cameras, you get a 13MP primary camera with Phase Detection and Autofocus with LED flash, and 8MP front camera. In terms of hardware, the Eluga A3 packs a MediaTek MT6737 Quad-Core processor, clocked at 1.25GHz. It features 3GB RAM and 16GB internal memory with up to 128GB expandable memory. The Eluga A3 runs on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat and comes with Panasonic’s in house AI assistant ARBO. It is powered by a big 4,000 mAh battery. It is a 4G VoLTE device with Dual Sim support. For connectivity, you get Bluetooth, micro USB 2.0, and OTG options.
Panasonic Eluga A3 Pro Specifications
The Panasonic Eluga A3 and A3 Pro share the same metal build and front-mounted fingerprint sensor. The Panasonic Eluga A3 Pro also has a 5.2-inch HD display. The cameras are also the same as the Eluga A3 i.e. 13MP main and 8MP front cameras. Coming to performance, the Eluga A3 Pro has a bumped up processor. It features a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6753 Octa-core processor. It has 3GB RAM and an upscaled 32GB internal memory with up to 128GB expansion option. The Panasonic Eluga A3 Pro also runs Android 7.0 Nougat and comes with ARBO support. It is powered by the same 4,000 mAh battery as the A3. This is also a Dual Sim 4G VoLTE smartphone. You get Bluetooth, micro USB 2.0, and OTG for connectivity.
Pricing and Availability
The Panasonic Eluga A3 and A3 Pro will be available from August 10 across all Panasonic retailers across the country. The Eluga A3 is priced at Rs. 11,290 whereas the Eluga A3 Pro will come at Rs. 12,790. The phones will be available in Mocha Gold, Gold, and Gray colors. Speaking at the launch, Mr. Pankaj Rana, Business Head- Mobility Division, Panasonic India, said, “Further to the positive response of Eluga Ray series, we are happy to introduce two more powerful smartphones in the Eluga portfolio- Eluga A3 and A3 Pro.”
