Display is 4.5 inches in size and sports 480 x 800 pixel resolution, which doesn’t sound like much especially at this price point. The Dual SIM phone is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core chipset, most likely Snapdragon 200, aided by 768 MB RAM and 4 GB internal storage. Interestingly, the RAM and Internal storage has been downgraded as compared to Galaxy Core which came with 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage. This is slightly disappointing. In an attempt to placate your storage needs, MicroSD support is also present up to 64 GB. Imaging hardware includes 5 MP rear shooter with LED flash and a VGA front facing shooter for video calling. Connectivity features include 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and GLONASS. Samsung Galaxy Core 2 weighs moderate 138 grams and houses a 2000 mAh battery which sounds decent. With tier one phones like Zenfone 5 and Moto G available in the same price bracket, Samsung Galaxy Core 2 doesn’t strike as impressive.
