If we talk about the full benefits of this Rs. 69 pack from Vodafone, users will be able to make unlimited local and STD voice calls to any network in the country. Further, the pack comes with some data benefits as well and users will get 500MB of data for seven days. Moreover, users will have the option of unlimited repeat recharges of the pack.
Earlier, Vodafone had introduced two new prepaid plans of Rs. 181 and Rs. 195 with unlimited calling and data benefits. While the Rs. 181 plan offers 2G data, the Rs. 195 plan is offering 4G/3G/2G data. Both the plans offer unlimited calling but the Rs. 195 plan comes with capped free calling.
Other operators’ weekly plans
If we talk about similar recharges from other operators, India’s leading operator Airtel is offering a weekly plan as well. Airtel’s Rs. 49 plan comes with 250MB 4G data but they do not offer free calling. Also, there is another weekly plan of Rs. 93 under which they are offering unlimited Airtel Local/STD Mobile calls, 100 Airtel to other minutes and 250MB data for 4G Handsets. Another incumbent network operator Reliance Jio is also offering a weekly plan as well. Reliance Jio’s Rs. 52 plan is the cheapest weekly plan among all. Reliance Jio is offering unlimited Local/STD voice calling, unlimited data capped at 0.15GB per day and 70 SMSs. Commenting on the new offer, Avneesh Khosla, Associate Director – Consumer Business, Vodafone India said, “We, at Vodafone, believe in providing the best network, service experience and value to our customers. With SuperWeek, the key objective is to offer a pocket-friendly and affordable unlimited plan that will appeal to all prepaid consumers.
