Xiaomi Berlin Specifications
Starting with the name of the device, there is no Mi or Redmi branding on the model name. This indicates at the possibility of the device in discussion being a test model. The notable thing here is the presence of a Snapdragon 632 processor, which is expected to be the next mid-range offering from Qualcomm. The Xiaomi Berlin is listed on GeekBench with Android 7.1.2 Nougat, which marks the presence of MIUI 9 as well. The phone shows 3GB (2839MB) RAM and an SDM632 SoC, which translates to Snapdragon 632 processor. While the Snapdragon 632 was earlier reported to be an octa-core processor, the leaks of the Xiaomi Berlin showcase it as a hexa-core SoC. Clocked at the base frequency of 1.02 GHz, the processor gets a single-core score of 1155 and a multi-core score of 2738. This score was registered to the website on February 18, which means the device may have gone some refinements since then. The Chinese smartphone maker is also expected to unveil the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S soon. The device is tipped to be completely bezel-less with a small cut out for the camera at the top right side of the phone. The device is also confirmed to come with a Snapdragon 845 processor which will make it at par with the current flagships from other brands.
