With the service that allows picking Smartbox as a delivery option, Xiaomi users can easily get their parcel at any time of the day near their location. All you need to do is to enter the OTP at a nearest smart box terminal to collect your parcel.
How to avail Smartbox delivery on mi.com?
First, add a product to your shopping cart via Mi.com or Mi app. Now, select a delivery address or add a new address. If Smartbox delivery is available for the selected address, Smartbox dialog box will appear on the checkout page. Now, select the nearest Smartbox delivery terminal and check-out. Once the order is placed, you will get a confirmation message from mi.com and Smartbox mentioning pick-up OTP. As soon as the product reaches the Smartbox terminal, Smartbox will send a message requesting you to pick up your parcel.
If it is a pre-paid order, you can get your parcel after you enter OTP at the terminal. And if it is a COD order, you can pay using debit or credit cards or BHIM/Paytm. Also, it is to be noted that parcel will be in the locker for 72 hours only and after that the order will be returned if not collected within 72 hours.
